This policy describes the marketing website and its enquiry routes. It does not describe the data practices of individual Relvartec software products.
Information you choose to share
You may share your name, business, contact details and requirements when you contact us. Do not include sensitive records, passwords or payment credentials in an enquiry.
WhatsApp and email
Direct links open external WhatsApp or email services. Relvartec can use the enquiry information you send to respond to you. Those services have their own privacy terms.
External forms
The website has no enquiry backend. If a third-party form endpoint is configured, form data is sent to that provider and may be forwarded to Relvartec. Review the provider’s privacy terms before submitting.
Analytics and fonts
Google Tag Manager is disabled in the supplied configuration. If enabled later, the deployed tags and applicable consent requirements must be disclosed. The default self-hosted Marcellus font avoids a Google Fonts request. An optional Google Fonts mode may make requests to Google.
Hosting and retention
The hosting provider may process technical access logs. Enquiry retention depends on the company’s confirmed operational policy. Contact us about access, correction or deletion requests.
